Cancellation Policy

A NO SHOW charge of $80 (NON-REFUNDABLE) will be applied for any missed appointments, 2 missed appointments will permanently remove your future ability to schedule with Serene Moments. ALL RESCHEDULING MUST be made before 24 HOURS of your scheduled session. Once payment is received you will get a confirmation appointment.
